Terms of Service
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Jask Technologies, LLC (“we” or “us”), which operates Camdow (the “Service”). They cover this website, the early access list, and the Service itself. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What the Service does
Camdow is an email assistant for creators. Once you connect your inbox, it reads emails from fans asking for custom requests, replies for you using the prices and limits you set, checks with you when it isn’t sure, and sends you each deal to approve, change, or decline.
The Service only handles correspondence. We don’t host, sell, or deliver your content, and we aren’t a party to any deal between you and a fan.
2. Early access
The Service is in early access. Joining the list doesn’t guarantee you a spot. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build it, and we may end early access at any time. If we ever charge for the Service, we’ll tell you the price before you’re charged anything.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live. You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You may only connect email accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Connecting your inbox
When you connect an email account, you authorize us to read all emails in it to find custom requests, and to draft and send replies to those requests on your behalf, following your settings. Messages the Service sends from your account are sent as you, and you’re responsible for them, including the deals you approve.
You can disconnect your inbox at any time. Keep your login details secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
5. AI can make mistakes
The Service uses AI to read and write messages. It can misunderstand a request, quote the wrong price, or word something badly. It quotes prices to fans based on your settings, but it won’t confirm a deal until you approve it, so check each deal before you do. You’re also responsible for telling fans that messages are written with AI wherever the law requires it.
6. Text messages
We may text the phone number you give us about early access and, once you’re using the Service, about deals that need you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also opt out any other reasonable way, like emailing us. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Rules for using the Service
You may not use the Service to:
- offer, request, or arrange anything involving a person under 18, or anyone who hasn’t consented;
- solicit, promote, or arrange prostitution, sex trafficking, or in-person sexual services;
- make or share anything that’s illegal where you or your fans are, including nonconsensual intimate images;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or spam anyone, or pretend to be someone else;
- break the law or the rules of the platforms where you sell; or
- interfere with the Service, access it without permission, reverse engineer it, or scrape it.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. We’ll close any account involved, preserve the evidence, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
We may refuse to handle any request, and we may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.
8. Your information and messages
You own your emails and the information you give us. You give us permission to use them only to run the Service for you, and you confirm you have the right to share your fans’ messages with us for that purpose. We don’t sell your information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
9. Other services
The Service works with services we don’t control, like your email provider. Their own terms apply to how you use them. We aren’t responsible for those services, including any outage or change that affects the Service.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your inbox and asking us to close your account. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you break these terms. The sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, disputes, and general terms still apply after your access ends.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that every message will be accurate, or that any fan will follow through on a deal.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You’ll defend and indemnify us against any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the Service, the messages sent from your account, your deals with fans, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our breach of these terms or by the Service acting outside your settings.
14. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a dispute with us, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it in good faith.
If we can’t resolve it that way, either of us may submit it to binding, confidential arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, before a single arbitrator in Orange County, Florida. The arbitration may be held remotely if the arbitrator allows. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or stop misuse of the Service.
You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class or collective action.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll email you about significant changes. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new terms. Changes won’t apply to disputes that arose before the change.
16. General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. You can’t transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale. We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
